
In Crockpot:
- Season ground chicken as you wish
- Throw in 1/2 can of southwest corn, 1/2 can of black beans, and chopped peppers & onions (if short on time, use pre-chopped frozen peppers & onions)
- Cook on low 6 hours or high 3-3.5 hours
- avocado chunks
- diced tomatoes
- white or brown rice or quinoa
- shredded cheese (6 cheese Italian is what's pictured)
