There are three types of online programs that are offered- online boot camp, personalized home workout plans, and personalized gym workout plans. All three plans are 4 weeks long. Each program includes personal check-ins to help keep you accountable and/or to modify plans as needed. See below for more details.
Online Boot Camp
Online boot camp is done through a private Facebook group. Workouts and videos are posted daily to all members of the group. All workouts can be completed at home.
Personalized plans created to help you reach your specific goals based on your current exercise levels. One-on-one discussions allow us to come up with a plan best suited to your needs.
