There are three types of online programs that are offered- online boot camp, personalized home workout plans, and personalized gym workout plans. All three plans are 4 weeks long. Each program includes personal check-ins to help keep you accountable and/or to modify plans as needed. See below for more details.
Online Boot CampOnline boot camp is done through a private Facebook group. Workouts and videos are posted daily to all members of the group. All workouts can be completed at home.
