Overview

  •  ​5 week online program for all levels- beginners, intermediate, and advanced
  • Week 1: preparation for weeks to come (meal prep guidelines, setup of workout routines, PDFs, articles, short workouts)
  • Weeks 2-5: Daily 20-40 minute workouts, additional " challenge" workouts
  • Designed to be done at YOUR home, on YOUR own time
  • Dumbbells required
