My Ab Blaster plan is a 4 week plan that is sent to you prior to your start date. It includes six 8-10 minute ab circuits a week (with videos), giving you the flexibility to do it on days that you can fit it in and at the times that you want to do it (so NO EXCUSES can be made :) ). It may seem like a short amount of time but believe me, you WILL feel the burn! No equipment is required but if you want to step it up a little more, then I recommend using some ankle weights (usually 2-3 lbs per ankle). Every Sunday I will check-in with you. The ab plan will have a workout log area so that you can keep track of this. Contact me if you have any more questions.

This plank challenge is a 4 week plan that is sent to you prior to your start date. It includes 6 plank exercises (with videos) that should take no longer than 15-20 minutes a day, giving you the flexibility to do it on the days and times that you want to do it. A set of dumbbells is required for this plan. This program incorporates the use of plank position and dumbbells to tone up the entire body- biceps, shoulders, back, abs, obliques, thighs & glutes I will check-in with you every Sunday with motivational emails to keep you on your toes!
